We want you to love what you have received. If you aren't absolutely thrilled with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or a refund - No questions!
Please ship the item, along with a copy of the receipt or packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address.

Have a problem when you first receive your order?
In the unlikely event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, we will send you a prepaid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense if you contact us within five days of receiving your order.
Simply call us at (207) 863-2262, or email us at alison@fiveelementsgallery.com and we will be happy to assist you! If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork.

Glass Tidbits
The fusing process begins with flat sheets of colored glass which have been tested for compatibility - the glasses must have similar COE (coefficient of expansion) so they will not crack. The shapes to be fused are cut from the glass sheets.
