How much does shipping cost within the Continental US?
Flat rate of $5.00 per order. Shipping within the continental United States is provided primarily by the United States Postal Service; costs are based on your package weight. I will contact you with your actual shipping costs prior to shipping your order for any orders outside of the continental United States. Please note that packages with a value of greater than $150 may require a signature. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that shipments from the United States to other countries may involve taxes, import duties, customs-related fees, or other charges beyond our control for which the recipient is responsible. Please be assured that we do not receive any portion of any fees that you may be required to pay in connection with import taxes or duties imposed by your government.
How quickly will you ship my order?
I want you to have your order as quickly as possible, so my studio is fully stocked. My goal is to send your order from my studio gallery to your house the next business day after I receive your order.
Some products are out of stock and backordered. In this case, the backordered items will ship as soon as they become available, and you will not be charged until the item ships. If an item on your order is on backorder, you will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours. If the backordered item is part of a larger order and a significant part of the order is in stock then we will split the order, ship what we have and backorder the out of stock portion of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for split orders.
How soon will I receive my order?
In general, your shipment will usually arrive between two and eight business days after you place your order, depending on where you live.
How will I know what my tax rate is?
If you live in or will have your order shipped to Maine, we are required to charge you the standard Maine sales tax of 5.5% on your purchase.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the order has been processed.

Have a problem when you first receive your order?
In the unlikely event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, I will send you a prepaid return label to return the item for replacement at my expense if you contact me within five days of receiving your order.
